Sacaton rest area on Interstate 10 between Casa Grande and Phoenix to temporarily close next week
The Sacaton rest area on westbound Interstate 10 between Casa Grande and Phoenix will be closed for approximately one month starting Monday, July 8, while the Arizona Department of Transportation installs a commercial truck scale.
The westbound I-10 rest area exit ramp, located at milepost 183.5, will close to traffic at 6 a.m. on Monday, July 8, and is scheduled to remain closed until early August. During the closure, ADOT crews will install the truck scale, widen the westbound exit ramp and place new pavement markings. The Sacaton rest area on eastbound I-10 will remain open.
