First female state engineer honored by Women's Transportation Seminar

PHOENIX - Transportation is all about moving people, goods and services. But the key to making any state highway system run smoothly is a good leader who presents ideas, visions and challenges that take us forward.

Last year Toth was appointed the first female state engineer at the Arizona Department of Transportation.
