Loop 303 North of I-10 Update

Loop 303 closed this weekend in Surprise between Bell Road and US 60 (Grand Avenue) 

 ADOT reminds drivers to plan extra travel time between Bethany Home Road and I-10 because of dirt-hauling activity

PHOENIX - Loop 303 will be closed in both directions between Bell Road and US 60 (Grand Avenue) from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday (Feb. 13). Use Reems Road as a detour. The closure is necessary for pipe-installation work near Clearview Boulevard in conjunction with the Loop 303 Improvement Project.

 To the south where crews are building the Loop 303/Interstate 10 interchange, drivers should allow extra travel time because of construction-related activities. Expect stop-and-go traffic on southbound Loop 303 between Bethany Home and Thomas roads from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and watch for flaggers on site directing traffic. Also, Loop 303 is narrowed to one lane in both directions between McDowell and Indian School roads to accommodate large trucks hauling dirt.
