Overnight lane closures planned on US 93 and US 60 in Wickenburg for pavement preservation work

Drivers should plan for delays and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane closures on east- and westbound US 93 and US 60 in Wickenburg Sunday, Oct. 21, while pavement preservation work is underway.

Weather permitting, work is scheduled to occur from 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, to 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22. 

  • US 93 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction with partial closures near State Route 89 between mileposts 193 and 194.  Flaggers will be in place directing traffic through the work zone. 
  • US 60 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction with partial closures from Los Altos Drive (milepost 109) to Wickenburg Municipal Airport (milepost 106).  Flaggers will be in place directing traffic through the work zone.

Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
