New Vaccine Guidelines

The CDC has released new guidelines regarding COVID-19 Vaccines for Home Visitors and other early childhood professionals.  Pharmacy locations that are part of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s)Federal Retail Pharmacy Program are now giving priority to home visitors, in addition to teachers and staff in pre-K-12 schools, childcare centers, Head Start programs, Part C Early Intervention programs, and other early care and education professionals.  Home visitors are now eligible to sign up for a vaccine appointment at more than 9,000 participating pharmacy locations nationwide.
