Note on COVID-19 Second Dose Appointments for Dependents
This is an important notice for those who received an emailed invitation yesterday to register for second dose appointments at the State of Arizona’s COVID-19 vaccination site at State Farm Stadium.
Rest assured that second dose appointments are being held for each person who has been vaccinated at the State Farm Stadium site, including family members and dependents registered by others.
If you registered for yourself and-or a family member or dependent:
- You are able to register for your second dose appointment now using the link in the emailed invitation sent yesterday.
- We will be sending another email invitation by Tuesday so you can register family members and dependents for their second doses.
- Once you receive the updated email, please use the updated link to register your family member or dependent.
If you registered only yourself for a first dose, you can disregard this notice.
- You are able to register for your second dose appointment now using the link in the emailed invitation sent yesterday.
This information affects those who received first doses at State Farm Stadium between Jan. 11-13.
CDC recommends that you receive your second dose after 21 days for Pfizer vaccine, which is the vaccine given at State Farm Stadium. There is NO maximum interval between shots and you do NOT need to restart the series after 21-28 days.
