COVID Vaccine Second Dose Scheduling

Thank you for your interest in receiving COVID vaccine. If you have already received your first dose, please schedule your SECOND DOSE:

• Sorry for our delay. We have a new vaccine management system, and we were unable to schedule your second dose at your first dose appointment. Second dose appointments are now available.
• Please visit www.podvaccine.azdhs.gov (Firefox and Chrome are the best browsers) and use the same user name and password as you did for the first dose to schedule a vaccine.
• When selecting your location, you should see either Dignity Southeast POD Dose 2 or 2nd Session - Abrazo SW POD Phase1A (depending on where you received your first vaccine). Your site is in Maricopa County (not Snowflake, Globe, or Show Low). If you do not see a Maricopa site, please let us know using the troubleshooting tips below.
• Please schedule your second dose starting at least 17 full days after your first dose.

• 2nd Session – Abrazo SW POD Phase1A - 13677 W McDowell Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85395
  • Jan 11-21
  • 7:30am - 5pm

Troubleshooting

If you don’t see a POD site in Maricopa County, have a Cox email address, or if you are having problems with your user name or password, first try changing your password. If you are still experiencing problems, please visit here.
