Public Hearing Set for December
(LITTLE ROCK, ARK.) – Subcommittee Two of the State
Capitol Arts and Grounds Commission will hold a public hearing to take comments
regarding proposed changes to the base structure of the Ten Commandments
Monument on the grounds of the Arkansas State Capitol. Public comments will be
restricted to only the proposed changes of the base structure.
Members of the subcommittee include Mr. Tony Leraris of
Fort Smith, Ms. Catherine Johnson of Little Rock, and Ms. Kelly VanHook of
Searcy.
The hearing will take place in the Old Supreme Courtroom
on the second floor of the Arkansas State Capitol Building. The meeting
will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 7,
2017.
