ARREST NOTICES
FSPD Violent Crimes Task Force: Results and Continuing Efforts
Fort Smith, Ark. — On July 29, 2025, the Fort Smith Police Department established a Violent Crimes Task Force in response to escalating incidents of gunfire, including multiple drive-by shootings that had resulted in property damage and the loss of one life. The focus was on identifying, investigating, and apprehending individuals connected to firearm-related violence and other serious crimes.
Since its inception, the Task Force has made 12 arrests, resulting in 25 felony charges and the recovery of five firearms. These arrests include individuals charged with crimes such as Aggravated Robbery, Terroristic Acts, Battery with a Firearm, and Hindering Apprehension.
Among those arrested are:

Seth Osborn, arrested August 18 for Aggravated Robbery, and again on October 1 for a separate felony PTR warrant.

Two Male Juveniles, Jerry Garcia, Fernando Perez, and Elvis Gallegos, each arrested August 10 for Terroristic Act and Battery 1st Involving a Firearm.

William Pearson, arrested August 25 for multiple counts of Terroristic Act and Vehicle Theft.

Zackary Brown, arrested August 25 for Terroristic Act and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

Akrissa Williams, arrested August 25 for Tampering with Physical Evidence and Hindering Apprehension.

Donald Andrews, arrested August 25 for Terroristic Act.

Jasmine Johnston, arrested August 28 for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and Terroristic Threatening.

One Male Juvenile, arrested August 29 for Threatening to Cause a Catastrophe on School Grounds.
The FSPD will be releasing more information in the form of a detailed after-action report at the Operation's conclusion, and we would like to thank the public for their continued patience and support. We'd also like to thank the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for their assistance and cooperation in these efforts.
