Fort Smith Police Department Announces Civilian Response to Active Shooter Training

Fort Smith, AR - Join us in the FSPD Community Room on Tuesday, September 30, at 6 PM, 100 South 10th Street, for this FREE class focused on Civilian Response to Active Shooter Training.

Presented by the Fort Smith Police Department’s Community Relations Unit, the class will teach the “Run, Hide, Fight” method — a proven approach to surviving active shooter situations — and you will have an opportunity to hear from a guest who has lived through a real active shooter incident.

This class is open to all and designed to empower you with the knowledge every citizen should have.
