Maddison Caldwell, 17

Fort Smith, AR -Fort Smith Police need to locate 17 year-old Maddison Caldwell to verify her safety. Ms. Caldwell’s last known location was in the area near Valley Behavioral Health on Mayo Drive on Tuesday, July 8. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and Rick and Morty pajama pants. She is known to struggle with mental health issues. She is approximately 5’6”. Please see image below for further description.
