Charles Cotton, 13, entered missing on Jan. 29, 2025

Fort Smith, AR - Fort Smith Police need your help locating 13-year-old Charles Cotton. Charles was reported as a runaway on Jan. 29, 2025. He was last seen around 5 PM on Jan. 28, wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes with pink tread. He is 5'9" and weighs approximately 120 pounds. Please see photo for further details.
