Fort Smith, AR - Fort Smith Police need your help locating 18-year-old Jydaveyous Hill. He is 5’6” and weighs 215 pounds. He was last seen near the 600 block of Garrison Avenue wearing a black shirt, gray shorts, and no shoes.
