NOTICE OF INVESTIGATION

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY, 3300 BLOCK OF N 27TH ST

Fort Smith, AR - The Fort Smith Police Department is investigating an attempted robbery with injury that reportedly occurred at a residence in the 3300 block of North 27th Street.

Preliminary information indicates that the victim was meeting individuals regarding the sale of a personal item when the situation escalated. The victim sustained a non-life-threatening injury during the incident. No arrests have been made at this time. It is believed to be an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the public.
