UPDATE II, AREEST MADE

VEHICLE-PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT, KELLEY HIGHWAY FROM NORTH ALBERT PIKE TO 50TH

Fort Smith, AR -At approximately 5 PM on Friday, October 11, Fort Smith Police responded to a fatality accident at 44th St. and Kelley Highway. The victim was a 13-year-old male. An arrest was made for suspected impairment of the driver. The investigation is ongoing, and more information will be released when available and appropriate.
