Charles Franklin, 81, reported missing on October 2, 2024

Fort Smith, AR - Fort Smith Police need your help locating 81-year-old Charles Franklin. He was last seen at approximately 4:15 PM near the 1200 block of Rogers Avenue wearing blue pajama pants, a blue T-shirt, camouflage hat, and, possibly, a red flannel over his shirt. He could be heading to Van Buren. If you have any information that can help us locate him, please call 479-709-5000.
