Deceased subject ID’d as Jacob Andrew Webb, 29

Fort Smith, AR - After next-of-kin notifications, Fort Smith Police can now identify 29-year-old Jacob Andrew Webb as the deceased subject in a Feb. 3 shooting incident that occurred on N. 18th Street. Our investigation remains ongoing, and more information will be released when available and appropriate.
