Heavy rain expected this morning and afternoon

Fort Smith, AR - Fort Smith is expecting significant rainfall during the late morning, afternoon, and into tomorrow. This rainfall could likely create flooding situations in multiple areas within our city. Just as a reminder, please do not risk driving into flooded areas, especially when a barricade is present. Also, be aware that flooding may be a risk in multiple areas during a severe weather forecast. If you need emergency assistance, dial 911. Thank you.
