July 11 Is Deadline to Register for Alligator Hunts
This is a reminder that Alabama residents who wish to apply for an alligator tag must register by 8 a.m. July 11, 2018.
Hunters are allowed to register one time per zone. See zone and hunt regulation information
Application Cost: $22 (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)
You must have a valid Conservation ID and email address to receive confirmation of your application.
Only residents and lifetime hunting license holders of the State of Alabama who are 16 years of age or older may apply for an alligator possession tag. Nonresidents may only participate as alligator hunting assistants. All persons in the boat must have a hunting license.
Selections for each zone will be held at noon on July 11, and the results will be posted immediately Applicants can check their selection status on the registration web page.
If selected, you must accept by 8 a.m. July 18 or your slot will be awarded to an alternate.
