Spring Turkey Season is Almost Here
Spring turkey season opens March 15 for most Alabama counties. However, the start of turkey season will be delayed for research purposes on these WMAs: Barbour, J.D. Martin-Skyline, Oakmulgee, Lowndes, Choccolocco, and Perdido River.
The delayed season will run March 24 to April 30, 2018. Hunters are required to report all turkey harvests via Game Check.

Cahaba WMA Shoot Range Reopens
The Cahaba WMA Shooting Range was recently closed for target replacement and repair.
The range is scheduled to reopen on March 21.
