Fairbanks International Airport Police and Fire to Conduct Big Pour

 

 July 30, 2012

 (FAIRBANKS, Alaska)— The Fairbanks International Airport Police and Fire Department will conduct its annual “Big Pour” event at 10:00am on Saturday, August 4th at the Fairbanks International Airport General Aviation Airpark.

 The alcohol, over 20 gallons, will be poured out symbolically to signify that law enforcement agencies and community members will not tolerate illegal alcohol importation through the state’s aviation system.

 This event is open to the public.

 The Alaska International Airports System is comprised of the Fairbanks International Airport and the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
