1. Keep Your Account Information Up-to-Date

Maintaining your contact information is necessary to ensure that you receive the latest information regarding your Alaska license from the State Office of EMS.

2. System Updates Happen Often

The Alaska EMS License Management System is updated often in order to provide current information and license management services for you. The system allows you to:

Apply and submit initial and or renewal applications,
Check the status of your application, and
Manage service applications, staff and license management

3. System Technical Assistance

Reach out to your Alaska EMS Regional office for technical assistance. Your regional office can help with certification questions, account issues, standing order issues, AHA questions, and more!

4. Account Login Troubleshooting

To login, scroll to the bottom of the Alaska EMS License Management System front page.

If you do not know your username or password, select the “Forgot Username or Forgot Password” and you will receive an email with your username and the link to reset your password.

If you are a paramedic that had a license through the Medical board, an account was made for you. To access it request your user ID and reset your password.

If you are unable to log in because your account is locked, send a request to the Alaska Office of EMS to have your account opened.

When you request information on your username, If you do not receive an email it is because the email on your account is incorrect.

Please email the Alaska Office of EMS with your updated email. You will receive an email from the Alaska Office of EMS with your username. At this time you can request a password reset through the Alaska EMS License Management System - Public Portal login page.

There is a video on the main page of the Public Portal that will guide you through the use of the public portal.
