Autism Provider Certification Requirements

All autism providers billing Alaska Medicaid must have an active certification on file with Conduent. Those with expired certifications will be dis-enrolled in Alaska Medicaid. For further reference, please see 7 AAC 135.300 Autism services: Provider Qualifications http://www.akleg.gov/basis/aac.asp#7.135.300 Email your updated certificate to Conduent’s Provider Enrollment section at ak-enrollment@conduent.com and cc Jamie.lang@alaska.gov .
