Section 1115 Waiver Update e-Memo

Dear Provider:

Many of you are receiving the same CMS email bulletins that we here at DBH receive.    Many of these bulletins are issuing guidance on the expansion of telehealth during this time National and State Emergency. Please understand that this is only “guidance” the attached document outlines approved and expanded telehealth options available during this time of unprecedented change and Emergency Declaration.    We highly encourage agency directors to review this document carefully and discuss with all staff the significant changes and implications when providing much needed services.
