Section 1115 Waiver Update e-Memo - Individual Renderer Enrollment – Instructions for Navigating the Enterprise Portlet

Dear Provider:

First thank you to so many of you who have jumped into the “throws” of enrolling 1115 Groups.  However, as with all systems changes we do run into a few issues and find the need to circle back and provide further guidance.  

 

DBH working with Health Care Services (HCS) identified an issue for the affiliation of the Individual Renderers to the 1115 Group.  This mainly applies to our current unlicensed providers who are enrolling as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP).   In order to enroll and affiliate the Individual Renderers, providers must follow the steps below:

 

The Enterprise System requires an entry in the Provider Specialty portlet in the Licensure, Certification, Permit and Grant section

    • For Licensed Professionals (MDs, ANPs, PAs, RNS, LCSWs, LPC, LMFTs) the provider will enter the individual's  license number
    • For Behavioral Health Aides in the Tribal Health System, the provider will enter the BHAs Certification
    • For all SUD, Behavioral Health Clinical Associates, Peer Support Specialists, and unlicensed Master Level Professionals the provider will enter the following:
      • 1115 QAP Cert or
      • 1115 Peer Cert
