UPDATED LINKS - Face to Face Technical Assistance Training 1115 Waiver Facility and Individual Application and Enrollment Process
Alaska Department of Health sent this bulletin at 08/08/2019 02:18 PM AKDTThe Division of Behavioral Health is excited to offer face to face technical assistance training on the 1115 Waiver Facility and Individual Application and enrollment process. These trainings will be offered multiple times a day for 1 ½ hour sessions each. The same material will be offered at each session so staff at your facility can make the training when convenient. If you have multiple staff who want to come, please have them scheduled to attend different sessions to make room for others. Also, please attend at the training site in which your facility is most closely located. To ensure providers across the state have access to the information we will be uploading a prerecorded version of the 1115 Waiver Facility and Individual Application and enrollment technical assistance training and the corresponding power point on our website.
Face to face session times and locations are below along with a link to register for each location. Please select the location registration link and then you can select the time that you or your staff wish to attend:
