Dear Providers,
A new weekly report is available for March 17 - 23, 2019.

Influenza providers: ASVL is currently working through a backlog of specimens and we apologize for delays in reporting. Please restrict submissions to 10 specimens per week and ensure that you’ve included specimens that have tested negative by your rapid or PCR methods (ex. send 6 positives and 4 negatives). Confirming both negative and positive specimens helps us evaluate the performance of commercial test systems. We appreciate your help in characterizing influenza strains circulating in Alaska.
