Reminder: Changes December 18 on lines 12, 51A, 634, 651, 662, 696, and 851

Service changes on several bus lines go into effect Sunday, December 18. Here is the list of changes for lines 12, 51A, 634, 662, 651, 696, and 851:

Trips operating school days only redesignated as Line 634. Other minor schedule adjustments.

New line incorporating school-day-only trips that were formerly designated 51A.

Trips formerly beginning or ending at Oakland Technical High School are now designated 696. (Updated: There will not be a route change on Line 662 after all. Buses heading toward Skyline High School will continue to stop on Mountain Blvd. and Medau Pl. in Montclair. An updated map will be available shortly.)

New line incorporating trips serving Oakland Technical High School that were formerly designated 662. (Updated: heading toward Redwood Rd., buses will travel on Mountain Blvd. and Medau Pl. in Montclair. They will not stop at the Montclair Recreation Center heading southeast toward Redwood Rd. An updated map will be available shortly.)

In addition, Lines 12, 51A, 651, and 851 will no longer stop on Broadway at 19th St. heading northbound. Board these lines on Broadway at 17th St. or at T.L. Berkley Way (20th St.)
