Demonstrations of Senate electronic sign-in program

A demonstration of the new electronic sign-in program will be given during Legislative Assembly Days, on Thursday, November 29, at 10:00 a.m. in Cherberg Hearing Room 3. Additional demos will be offered at 1:00 p.m. on January 14 through January 18, 2013.

During the 2013 Legislative Session, all Senate committees will be utilizing an electronic sign-in program for public hearings. Those wishing to sign-in may do so by:

Using a web-enabled personal device (laptop, tablet, or smart phone), only while connected to the Legislature’s wireless Internet connection (e.g. must be on campus). A link to the sign-in web application will be available when legislative session begins. We will send you another notice with the link as soon as it is available; or
Accessing one of the computer kiosks in the hearing rooms, and locations in Cherberg, Pritchard and Legislative buildings; or

The sign-in program will be accessible starting at 12:01 A.M. on the day of the public hearing. Committee Staff will be available prior to public hearings to answer any questions and assist those signing in to testify.
