Chipotle Mexican Grill #2228 located at 212 Westlake Ave N, Ste 101, Seattle, WA was closed by a Public Health food inspector on December 10, 2015 @ 12:45 pm due to the following food safety violations:
- Failure to correct repeated violations.
The food establishment will be reopened once the inspector confirms that all issues have been resolved.

- No hot water available at three-compartment dishwashing sink.
- Failure to correct repeated violations.
