SCHOOL NEWS:

Positivity Project Next Week:  LOVE

Love is imperative to an individual’s happiness and fulfillment in life. Love allows us to be intimate with another person. It allows us to open up to another person and be vulnerable. That openness gives us the ability to learn and
grow. Loving another person and sacrificing on his/her behalf produces positive emotions. And, it helps you access strengths – and feelings – you never knew you had.

INTERNATIONAL NIGHT: International Night is coming to Rolling Valley Elementary School April 17th Families are invited to bring and enjoy foods from countries around the world. Wearing of native dress is encouraged

This is a free community event that will be set up potluck style. We ask that you bring one dish that will be serve in sample sizes for 10 to 12 people. We are looking for families who would like to represent a country in a classroom with a display, craft, game or other activities. Contact Mrs. Milian at SGMilian@fcps.edu or nmtaragna@fcps.edu for questions or more information.  Let’s make International Night as diverse as our community!
