SBA Celebrates Valentine's Day with Successful SBA-Funded Business in Portland

Sawyer & Co. Valentine's Day

On Valentine’s Day, Jeanne Hulit, Acting Regional Administrator for the Small Business Administration, visits with Dan Kennedy, President of Sawyer and Company.  Sawyer and Company is a flower shop in Portland that has successfully obtained SBA Loan funding from Katahdin Trust Company.  Joining the celebration was Aaron Cannan, Vice President/ Commercial Services Officer with Katahdin Trust Company.

In her remarks, Jeanne Hulit commended Sawyer and Company for their success, and thanked Maine SBA lenders for helping make this such a successful year, with year to date lending up more than 20%.
