Tuesday, February 19 - Understanding Financial Statements: This workshop will cover the basics of understanding, creating, and maintaining good financial records for your small business.
Tuesday, February 26 - Human Resources Essentials: This workshop will assist participants with the growth of their business by teaching them how to manage employees, as well as maintaining state and federal HR compliance laws.
Tuesday, March 5 - Bidding and Estimating a Job: This workshop will focus on the prerequisites and proven techniques for accurate and competitive construction estimating and bidding. Techniques may be used for both general contractors and specialty trades.
Tuesday, March 12 - Writing a Contract Proposal: The focus of this workshop will guide business owners through the steps of writing a thorough and complete contract proposal.
Tuesday, March 19 - Project Management: This workshop will focus on the principles of effective supervision, planning and scheduling processes, job safety procedures and more.
Tuesday, March 26 - QuickBooks for Small Contracting Firms: This course is designed to provide owners with an understanding of the basic principles of QuickBooks and how to use the program for Government Contracting Accounting.
