The St. Louis District Office is pleased to announce the availability of the course, "Federal Contracting and Government Contract Management."
The Small Business Administration (SBA) in conjunction with Stover & Associates, Inc. (Stover) is presenting a FREE one day workshop for individuals or enterprises eligible for assistance under Section 7(j) of the Small Business Act, 15 USC 636.
This course is designed to provide an exposure to federal government contracting.
Students will learn how to use the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), contract record keeping and the "rules" for handling contract modifications, delays, disputes and terminations. Additionally, students will learn the process for negotiating with the General Services Administration (GSA).
Relevant student exercises are used throughout the course to reinforce teaching points.
