Washington - The United Negro College Fund Special Programs Corporation will present a Knowledge Forum and Networking Reception on Thursday, December 13th at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington, DC. The SBA Advocacy Office's Major Clark III will represent the Small Business Administration in a panel that will feature influential public, private, and academic sector leaders discussing Small Business Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
