Each year during National Small Business Week, the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) recognizes outstanding small business owners for their contributions to the American economy and society.
This is your opportunity to support and recognize outstanding leaders in the small business community. SBA is currently accepting nominations for several SBA award categories including the 2013 Small Business Person of the Year Award. Business owner may also nominate themselves or other candidates.
Award categories include:
Small Business Person of the Year (District winner will compete for Ohio)
Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year
Small Business Subcontractor of the Year
8(a) Graduate of the Year
Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Excellence and Innovation Center Award
