SBA’s San Diego Office Seeks Nominations for 2013 Small Business Week Awards
Eleven Categories for Business Awards and Recognition
Nominees must be located in San Diego or Imperial Counties.
Each year during National Small Business Week, the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) recognizes outstanding small business owners for their contributions to the American economy and society.
SBA is currently accepting nominations for several SBA award categories including the 2013 Small Business Person of the Year Award. The San Diego SBA district office serves San Diego and Imperial Counties. Trade associations, chambers of commerce, lenders and business organizations frequently nominate candidates. A business owner may also nominate themselves or other candidates.
Business entrepreneurs throughout the Southern California area will be honored during Small Business Week 2013 with many local events. Through the work of entrepreneurs, jobs are created, families are given a better life and whole communities are transformed. This is an opportunity to recognize an individual or an organization dedicated to the support of the small business community.
