There's a lot to love about fall. Spend active time outside with your family and enjoy healthy treats together. Physical activity and healthy eating are habits that will last all year long.

Keep moving this fall.
Stay active with family chores like raking leaves—and maybe you'll even jump in the piles when you are done! Here are more ways to get moving this fall:

  • Find a park near you and explore the outdoors on a cool fall day.
  • Walk the kids home from school and have a fall scavenger hunt. "Can we find a squirrel hiding acorns? What about geese flying overhead?"
  • Go pick your own vegetables and fruits at a local farm.
