The Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources seeks highly qualified candidates for chief of the Workforce Development Branch, open Monday, 1/21, through Friday, 1/25.

The chief assists senior managers and staff in the areas of employee learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, and change management to enhance overall organizational capability. The chief advises on matters related organizational effectiveness and performance measures and provides leadership, oversight, and guidance for learning and development initiatives.
