Job Summary:

As an Air conditioning Equipment Mechanic you will be responsible for the execution of plans and operations as delegated by the leader or shop supervisor and performs maintenance, diagnostic testing, overhauling, installation, and effects repairs on a large variety of types of extremely sophisticated refrigeration, dehumidification, air-conditioning, ventilation and heating systems equipment which supports facilities with sensitive historical documents or artifacts with or sensitive equipment that is critical to national security. This position is located in the Public Building Services, Office of Facilities Management and Service Programs, white House Service Center, Washington, DC. This office is responsible for overseeing the delivery and/or execution of maintenance services.
