As a Chief Financial Officer, you will act as Director, Budget and Financial Management Division, administering a comprehensive financial management program for Public Building Services (PBS) by developing and implementing financial program policy and procedural directives required for the execution of program deliverables and the financial success of PBS. This position is located in the Southeast Sunbelt Region, 77 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, GA 30303. This office is responsible for the capital and operating budgets and the reimbursable program; allocating financial resources; developing and implementing cost allocation strategies, developing and monitoring rent estimates, and revenue collection; performing program analysis; financial modeling and performance assessment activities designed to support PBS fiscal responsibility and program performance throughout the region, including the Internal Controls Program.
