Pennsylvania Firm Recalls Chorizo Product Due To Misbranding and an Undeclared Allergen

Euro Foods, Inc., which also does business as Citterio USA Corp., a Freeland, Pa. establishment, is recalling approximately 5,156 pounds of a chorizo product because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains soy protein, which is an allergen that is not declared on the label.
