UPDATE:  The system maintenance scheduled for Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, 2020 has been completed and CM/ECF, PACER, and VCIS systems are now available.

Subject: CM/ECF Not Available Due to System Maintenance

SD Mississippi Bankruptcy Court’s CM/ECF, PACER, and VCIS systems will not be available beginning Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, September 6, 2020 6:00 p.m. CST. 

The court will perform required system maintenance during this time.

If you have an emergency filing during this time you should contact the clerk’s office at 601-608-4603.
