This position serves as the Branch Chief for the Department of Labor, Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Financial Administration (DFA), Branch of Planning, Policy and Performance in Washington, D.C. The OWCP Division of Financial Administration is divided into three Branches: (1) the Branch of Planning, Policy and Performance is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support in the development and enhancement of the Agency's strategic, performance, and operating plans, guiding the planning process, monitoring program results, assisting program managers in identifying the causes of performance problems, coordinating the development of agency-wide policy evaluations and reviews including legislative proposals, and executing other Administration-specific directives; (2) the Branch of Budget and Financial Services and (3) the Branch of Accounting and Financial Statements.
