Job Summary:

This position is located in the Department of Labor, Civil Rights Center, Office of External Enforcement (OEE). The Civil Rights Center is responsible for coordinating and conducting a comprehensive program to ensure DOL employees, applicants for employment, and recipients and beneficiaries of DOL federal financial assistance programs, comply with equal opportunity and nondiscrimination provisions of relevant laws, statutes, and regulations. The incumbent will serve as the Chief of the Office of External Enforcement (OEE), which is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluation of the compliance and enforcement activities of OEE. This position is at the full performance level. This position is outside of the bargaining unit.
