Job Summary:
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) fosters and promotes the welfare of job seekers, wage earners, and retirees of the United States. In carrying out this mission, the Agency administers a variety of Federal labor laws. The Information Technology Specialist (Security/System Architect) has security oversight of the ETA systems, with responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and hardware and software systems to ensure the reliability and accessibility of the system and to prevent and defend the system and the data it contains from unauthorized access.
