Job Summary:
This position is located in the United States Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). OFLC provides national leadership and policy guidance to carry out the responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended, concerning foreign nationals seeking admission to the United States in order to work. OFLC issues labor certifications, as appropriate, which may lead to U.S. employers being able to hire foreign workers temporarily or to permanently fill jobs essential to the economy when there are not sufficient U.S. workers who are able, willing, qualified, and available to perform the job. The Office reviews requests from sponsoring employers for the Secretary of Labor's certification that the hiring of one or more foreign workers would satisfy certain statutory requirements relating to conditions of employment. OFLC directly administers the employment-based immigration programs for which it has responsibility through two National Processing Centers, and provides prevailing wage determinations nationwide. This position is outside the bargaining unit. No PCS expenses will be paid. This position is at the full performance level, GS-14. *A recruitment incentive may be offered in accordance with the Department of Labor's Personnel Regulation (DPR) Chapter 575.*

Job Summary:
This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Financial and Administrative Management (OFAM), Office of Information Systems and Technology (OIST), Division of Project Management Office (PMO). OIST provides a 21st Century information technology infrastructure supporting the ETA mission and all its business lines; develops the information technology strategy; provides the technical infrastructure and support for the Agency's technology investments; and provides programming support for internal and external business systems, information technology research, and developmental functions. The Office is responsible for ETA-wide planning, management, evaluation, procurement of hardware and software and other IT services and for providing technical assistance and support for ETA's equipment and operations. The Division of PMO provides strategic vision and management, implements supporting industry standards, manages work processes and quality controls, assures IT Security support, testing and configuration controls.
