This position is located at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Directorate of Technical Support and Emergency Management (DTSEM), Cincinnati Technical Center (CTC), Engineering Support. Job Summary:
The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Program Development Unit, Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance (OTAA). The Unit carries out OTAA responsibilities under the Trade Act of 1974, as amended by the Trade Reform Act of 2002, including the policies and directives regarding the delivery of services to workers adversely affected by Trade. The Program Development Unit develops program policies and regulations, provides technical assistance to regional and state TAA coordinators, administers program funding and state allotments, oversees program performance and reporting, provides assistance and response to complaints from trade-affected workers, resolves service delivery issues, administers the controlled correspondence process, develops management information reports, and provides program information to interested parties.
