Job Summary:
This position is located in the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). The OFLC provides national leadership and policy guidance in order to achieve certain delegated responsibilities of the Secretary of Labor under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, concerning foreign workers seeking admission to work either permanently or temporarily in the United States.
