The Division functions include: (1) providing administration and oversight for development and operations of the ERISA Filing Acceptance System (EFAST2) which processes electronically-filed Form 5500 series returns/reports; (2) providing technical support to agencies in the development of Form 5500 series forms and schedules, and related materials in coordination with EFAST2 partnering agencies; (3) supporting the annual update and test of EFAST2 software to prepare the system to process subsequent Form 5500 forms year templates, and (4) monitoring EFAST2 system compliance with federal and agency-specific information technology (IT) security guidelines and requirements. The primary purpose of this position is to support the OTIS Senior Procurement Lead, and the Division Chief/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on programmatic and operations activities necessary to accomplish the functional responsibilities and mission of OTIS/DDB.
